Switch to preact/htm #34

The complexity of cozycast is starting to exceed what jquery can handle. I have used React with Redux in the past but it's a pretty heavy stack that requires me to use external build tools.

Preact is a lightweight solution and htm templates allow me to avoid using a build tool.
