Switch to AGPL #36

I have changed the license and the configurable "/license" endpoint is pointing to the source code to ensure compliance with the AGPL.

The version 0.3.0 will be released under the AGPL. I have changed the license text and added an environment variable to allow people to link to their modified source code.
