Single line typing indicator #42

Instead of showing one line for each user the typing indicator should only span one line but show multiple users within that line.

Multiple users are shown on one line. The typing indicator now uses the session id to differentiate users. When a user sends a message the typing indicator is stopped immediately. The height has been set to 1 line so it will not cause the layout to change when someone is typing.
