Switch away from bootstrap #52

Bootstrap is the heaviest component of the cozycast HTML5 client. I don't use any advanced features that warrant using a heavy CSS framework. It probably makes more sense to switch to something like http://getskeleton.com/.

0.4.0 because this is a relatively major change with potential for breakage.
