Right now restarting the server can result in a situation where clients reconnect to cozycast-server faster than the cozycast-worker can connect to cozycast-server. In this scenario the clients have to reestablish the connection to the new worker.

I have solved the reconnection on restart problem. The worker immediately connects to kurento when it can start a connection with cozycast-server. The remaining problem happens when the worker itself is restarting, not cozycast-server. I will create a new issue for this.
