Reduce time spent loading the video #57

Sometimes the video starts immediately, sometimes it takes 10 seconds for the stream to become visible.

It depends on the scene complexity. More complex scenes require more CPU time and cause a delay. A solid blue background only results in a 2 second delay. It doesn't look like increasing the bitrate changes the delay however. Moving to 0.4.0

Increasing the framerate significantly increases the loading speed but I am not willing to make that tradeoff. 25fps is the sweet spot right now.
