Feature: Community Garden #53

This will be the way for officially approved modules to be shown inside of the editor and made available to download directly from the editor.

This will contain both modules, effects and transitions.

More info for this feature coming as soon as I finish some other stuff.

Note: When people make a new module type, we should find a way to know if the module is a place-able one, meaning if it can be placed as a tab in the editor screen

This is going on the backburner and won't be for after Version 1.0.0 is released.

At this moment I am considering to be making this into it's own separate application. This could possibly add way too much code and introduce problems when adding this to the GoZen code itself.

A good solution would be a web version where people can manually download and install modules, and an application which will put everything into the correct folders directly. Closing this for now as there is no need for this and as mentioned, will become it's own project.
