Add Option to hide Realmnames #195

I had an issue, wheren I got duplicate entries on SOD, once with realmnames and once without. As I saw no easy fix in the web and in the options, I added an option to just always remove realmnames as it was before.

I could not find the newest version anywhere on Github i hope this is the right place to post it.

Yea I noticed that myself. For some reason Blizzard sometimes give players name with the realm name and other times without it. When I started to fix this, for some reason I had a worry that it might lead to some requests not being captured properly. Let me double check this before approving
