Headers will now use a highlighted text on mouseover
Request entries will show a highlight texture on mouseover
These commits include annotations for cleanups for the CreateHeader and CreateItem functions. Goal is to eventually generalize these functions for each tab (when the LFG Tool tab gets fixed)
