New editbox & checkbox added in the main settings panel for this new saved variable.
The default for this new account-wide saved variable JoinRequestMessage will be the default value for JOIN_REQUEST_MESSAGE in the addon's localization file.
note: This default value can be changed in the addon's Localization settings panel. (THIS WILL ONLY SET THE DEFAULT)
Default value will be set whenever a user saves an empty string (completely deletes) into the editbox input. (see image below)
users are expected to disabled the setting instead if they wish to not send a message accidentally on alt-click
