The issue is checking packages on line 310 is not working on your manual install of python which is interesting. I am not sure why that would be happening. pip freeze is a common command. Maybe try removing the '-s', part of the comment.

Add C:\Users\{youruser}\AppData\Roaming\Python\Python311\Scripts to your Windows PATH, and next it worked for me (check the real path for you : username and Python version)

Start your own topics and don't hijack other topics with irrelevant errors to OP. That doesn't help troubleshooting.

You're getting that error because you did not install WAS-NS correctly, particularly Numba module.

My bad, I didn't realize it wasn't the same issue. I'll look in how to install WAS-NS, Numba...
