Bring back see-through menu panel effect #2029

The upgrade to URP required a quick fix that now obsures the areas where the menu does not cover the camera (instead blue-ening it out). We should bring back the see through effect (or wait for a later Unity release to fix the camera cascade issue).

update: it seems we have now a glass material on mobile, so maybe we could just add this to the missing gap?
