lose some transcript in annotation result #128

annotation result: simple info: ( 3 38182641 38182641 T C) MYD88:NM_001172566:exon3:c.439T>C:p.X147R,MYD88:NM_001172569:exon4:c.574T>C:p.X192R,MYD88:NM_001365877:exon4:c.601T>C:p.X201R,MYD88:NM_001365876:exon5:c.736T>C:p.X246R rs387907272

my care transcript 'NM_002468' is not in the result. i search in dbsnp database , 'NM_002468' in it. i want to know how can i add 'NM_002468' to my result.

i have solve the problem, add -separate , you can get all transcript.
