Just checking if this incubation has stalled? (appears there is some privacy concerns)

Wondering if we should archive this?

@marcoscaceres - Please don't archive repos unilateraly.

This is shipped in Chromium and should be marked as such, but should not be archived.

Thanks for confirming that it’s in Chrome. We can label it as such.

My question still stands about incubation stalling though? Do we need to see if there is more community interest?

We should bring this up -- it's been suggested that it might be a fit for WebPerf, as OOM issues are often tied closely to other issues that bring down performance before they get bad enough to crash a page.
