Describe the Bug

SSID's latest master runs into error when processing submissions with skeleton code after PR #389 was introduced

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Submit an assignment with skeleton code via SSID's web interface
See error processing such assignment

Example of problematic zip file: Archive.zip

Expected Behavior

Assignment is processed successfully
