Localization #8

Localize the resources (primarily texts) to other languages.

Isn't this issue for WOA-Deployer-Platform rather than for WOA-Deployer-Lumia?

It's for the 3 projects, I think. The 3 have localizable resources, if I remember correctly.

I think it would be better to open issues in WOA-Deployer-Platform for stuff, that is common for all deployers and use eg. WOA-Deployer-Lumia for stuff that is specific to Lumias (eg. WOA uninstalling - you don't need that on RPi).
