Since there is no encyclopedia in tactical, it's not possible to revisit those tutorials currently

Supply extraction: show up every time, with a dedicated MCM option to switch off
Capture DVIP for facility lead: show up every time (no off switch - the info is too important and you aren't doing these missions often enough)
