Yep... It's {{Db-g13|ts=YYYY-MM-DDTHH:II:SSZ}} It's been implemented and is working in develop branch. Feel free to hit the 60K strong [[Category:G13 eligible AfC submissions]] category and try it out... I've also modified the {{Db-g13}} template itself to make use of the parameter.
