FR11 The app should pull data from documents.
Goal: The goal is to allow the user to extract financial data from a file.

Description: When the user is entering data, the app should allow the user to extract documents that contain financial information.

We encountered an issue with the Google Vision API, so we decided to remove the whole upload document and scanner for the data feature.
