Change header/footer color based on account? #149

Description

I see the AWS console view preview and the default colours we can select but I can't seem to find a way to change colour based on the account we're logged in to. Is this possible?

I'd love to have the extension change colour based on account without having to use https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/cjpikjjajakahcpglopbmobcoiibcpcd, I always make dev green and prod red etc.
