Optimize loading schedule data #2

Currently, the Load function takes a CSV file. However, you have to manually make the data from Blue Alliance into a CSV. It would be awesome if we could do this more efficiently. Blue Alliance provides a RSS file which we could potentially scrape for the relevant data
