How to Enable Channel Import #451

I have YT DLP installed and it allows for channel import but when you try there is a message that says Channel Import Disabled.

Is there something I can add to the config to enable it?

Make sure in your encoder configuration.php file $global['disableBulkEncode'] = 0;
