download not working #469

I put on download about 15 files, with a total size of 15 GB. Sometimes it happens that several files are loaded, and then it writes an error and does not load the files, and I also cannot log into the account until I restart the server. What could be? and where to look at the logs of AVideo?

Sorry I am not understanding what is your issue
