Make it easy to have people added to the Mailchimp list - create a signup form that we can input people.

May be fine to just have anyone here add people via the same signup form on the website.

by using a different internal form vs the one on the website, we can make it so they don't get an automated email (or a different one). Mailchimp tracks the way a person joins the list
