Lockdown As in Fully Kiosk #64

I was hoping for a an enhancement whereby the app can be used in a lockdown mode, a lot like Fully Kiosk. This prevents the app from being exited or closed.

I've looked into Android COSU for the directives, but it seems like a great springboard.
