GG B.1. - Improving build scripts #18

1. Ant build.xml file has to be improved to create minimal .jar file that will 
include only compiled classes, not additional resources like source code etc.

2. It is required to create a Linux shell script for compilation of OGP outside 
of Eclipse IDE.

Revisions r248(main trunk), r249(GeoGebra) and r250(Area method) added creation 
of minimal jar file. Its name is 'OpenGeoProver-min.jar'.
