Missing option 'Auto refresh'=Never (manual) #216

Could there be an option for 'Auto refresh rate'=Never, so you can set the app to manual weather refreshs only?

PS, also: Offering 12 option spaced 30 minutes apart seems a little irrelevant? Why wouldn't you cover a much broader range by offering something like 0.5, 1, 3, 6, 12, 24 hours?

I also think this would make a lot of sense. I prefer to check the weather only opening the app manually, and I have no need for the weather to be fetched every 6 hours in the background. This only serves to use extra battery for me.
