Functionless Annoucement strip #219

I test the new app while i still use the original one. In the new version thers is one MAJOR BUG: I can not set up the Announcement strip, It works with the original app perfectly, but not with the new one.

I have also noticed that in the new version there are different options for "Annoucement style" settings 'Native, Cities, By days, By hours' vs. 'Native, Geometric weather' in original version. I miss there the option "Geometric weather".

Can you give me some comments about this and fix it, please. Thank you.

Note to maintainer: the user is comparing v2.608 and v3.013.

The problem with "Persistent notification" and "Actual position" is even in v2.608. On my LineageOS 16.0 it first did not work in v2.608, but after some time the "Persistent notification" started to work surprisingly, and including "Actual position" too (but withou any conscious effort). With v2.610 it does not work, i even can not set up the "Persistent notification" with the manual process i mention in the issue of "geometric-weather-foss / GeometricWeather" fork here: https://github.com/geometric-weather-foss/GeometricWeather/issues/18

With v3.013 "Persistent notification" and "Actual position" does not work (same or similar as in v2.610).
