Hourly card improvements #279

Was tested with AccuWeather and Météo France providers. Unsure for the others but I added hourly data according to the API documentation.

Features

Hourly wind
Hourly UV (AccuWeather only, closes #23 and partially #138)
Hourly precipitation
Settings
Added hourly real feel on AccuWeather provider (closes #245)
Added minutely precipitation for Météo-France provider (closes #241)
Add day to hourly card (if we have a lot of hours from different days, it will be helpful!). I'm not sure if the day (26/11) or the week day (Fri.) is better, you can easily change it to your liking.

Note:

I had to change the value of hourly_trend_item_height when adding week day to hourly card, I put an approximate value, I don't know what is the optimized one, please have a look at it
