Adding example how to read derived variable in sdf_reader_example.f90 #520

Dear EPOCH developpers,

I am using the nice functionality of EPOCH sdf_reader_example.f90 for my SDF to openPMD converter For now it can converts Fields and Particle. It would be nice if you could add an example how to also read derived variable and add it to the template sdf_reader_example.f90. Thanks in advance Denis Bertini

Since i have implemented the reader for derivated data, i close this issue,
