Update Changelog

  • Changed team sizes to 8v8
  • Removed from the River Rotation
  • Added to the Pond Rotation

Map is too big to host a decent 16v16, 8v8 is more suitable.

yeah thank you for the reminder, i often forget to bump the map version but i'm going to note it somewhere so i don't make the same mistake again
