Add proper PogoDroid support #39

The existing implementation is kinda rough and didn't seem to parse anything for me. What changed:

Changes:

moved the decision between PogoDroid/ iOS mapping solutions to its own dedicated part to make maintenance easier
added filtering for PD data as PD will send everything
fixed PD parsing in general
some formatting
