Units for Plume Diagnostic output to csv table incorrect #243

Unit conversion issue for outputting plume diagnostic data to csv output. Inconsistent with data plotted in graphical output. CSV values are 10^6 greater than plot output. This looks to be the case for version 3.0 and 3.01 and 3.1 but not <3.0...
