I reverted https://github.com/WeAreFairphone/fprsmap/commit/3b25cfe874cebc16cadf7fe1d69fe785f58b5ae1 because I have written a script that converts the csv files to JSON and geocodes the shop addresses. The script and the raw data can be found here: https://github.com/WeAreFairphone/fpShopsGeoCoder
