Add PAPI Placeholders #11

Description

Describe as well as you can about the feature you're requesting

Add api placeholders that could display the amount of ammo of the weapon the player is holding (For example %weaponmechanics_amount_ammo%) If the player is not holding a weapon, then 0 would be displayed
