Integrate dev.to CMS structure into the platform

What do we need to build or fix? By considering the blog page design file, we need to integrate our current blog at dev.to to the platform.

Technical details

• Here, we can find guidance on how to work with the dev.to API and connect it to our Next.js platform

Approach suggestions

• Since we're just solving the integration to a CMS now, it's OK to redirect users to the dev.to Web Dev Path account.
• We are not implementing the search and view all functionalities this time. The idea is to load the 3 latest posts.
• Please check if we can use the Card.js component to render each blog post

Deadline Please keep in mind that once you assign this task to yourself, you'll need to complete it in 20 days.

Acceptance criteria

• Test the section and components in many screen sizes, you can use the Inspect tool for that.
• Please test if the new changes added to the components do not affect the other instances.
• Test the feature in many browsers, such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari (MAC).
• If there are any build problems when submitting your PR, run yarn build locally to solve the issues and commit the changes.
• Update the CHANGELOG.md file.
