Add test CI and override @toruslabs/http-helpers from 5.0.0 to 6.0.0 for a few selected libraries which fixes a timeout issue that causes tests to hang for 10 minutes

We will need to merge in #87 for the test account to be reset as there's a limit to the factor key.
