OpenAI compatible endpoint for AI assisstant #45

Hey, first of all thanks for the wonderful project. I just discovered it today and I am very happy that I found it.

Request is to allow a custom endpoint for openAI server which will allow azure endpoints and also many local models as well I can use this way.
