Set up basic chatter body #1

The goal is to have a basic chatter body with the following features:

A single chatter parent that can support all gender identities.
Basic default description ("Sarah is a person.")
Ability to flesh out chatter description using the @traits command. @trait options that are not overwhelming but robust enough that users feel they can fully represent themselves in the environment.
Minimal body part details.
Remove need for clothing objects so characters do not appear nude. Let clothing be a property that can be set via @traits.

Status Update

Removed UrMale and UrFemale bodies from start story. Replaced with generic UrMainbody.
Relocated facialhair from UrMale to UrMainbody. It is hidden by default unless chatter adds facial hair via @traits.
Unchecked “Clothes Expected” trait in UrMainbody so chatters will not appear naked.
Added “trait:appearance:dress” to chatters so users can define how they are dressed via @traits.
Added casually dressed and professionally dressed to the list of @traits options for dress.
Cut down the number of @trait options for the various body parts to make it less overwhelming.
Cleaned up the chatter descriptions, focusing on hair and facial hair outputs.
Added basic hair and facial hair styles.
