webmentions are not tallying likes #531

webmentions weren't coming through properly and @aarongustafson noticed that the likes on tweets are not being pulled through into our count.

This should be resolved. I updated the webmentions code to have higher thresholds for tweets and added our Twitter account to Brid.gy.

@aarongustafson I don't know if this is resolved....for reference, this Want https://twitter.com/seaotta/status/1490813433628954624 is still showing as having 1 upvote, but the tweet has 9 likes and it's been a few days and it has an additional share from the site that wasn't from me.

According to https://brid.gy/about#which it includes likes of our tweets and tweets we are mentioned in (among other things) but not likes of tweets we are mentioned in 😭
