Describe the problem

Weblate should stop using dedicated user on GitLab and integrate natively.

Describe the solution you'd like

Pretty much this should match features of planned GitHub integration in https://github.com/WeblateOrg/weblate/issues/1688.

This should avoid issues with limits as seen in https://github.com/WeblateOrg/weblate/issues/8189 or https://github.com/WeblateOrg/weblate/issues/8261

This issue has been added to the backlog. It is not scheduled on the Weblate roadmap, but it eventually might be implemented.
