My name is incorrect in manuscript/kokia.pdf (I'm assuming that's the manuscript.

actually, no :) we finished this one in the word doc (which is under first_draft). I have you listed as "Adam Thrash". Correct? Do you use your middle initial?

no worries. it's confusing because Tony translated the manuscript for me to learn what latex looks like, but I had made enough progress that I used the incomplete latex draft to understand how to use latex for the Dgenome manuscript. That one I started and plan to continue in latex :)
