Thank you for the support.

Please explain your questions with more details. Do you mean you 'obtain' the nnU-Net model by actually cloning their code and try to apply on our BHSD? You don't apply on a dataset but instead training on BHSD. You can follow the nnU-Net instruction how to train it.
