Description

This command is used to display a list of members who are currently playing the given game Ex:

Input !playing overwatch

Output

Currently Playing Overwatch

Ur_Mom

Add command to games.go file, create if nonexistant

need to check what permissions are needed to view member's playing status can look into pretty output via cards instead of code format
