Boarding record filters: Most don't work, and design is incorrect

FILTERS Because there are so many fields to filter by, users can search or scroll for the filter they’re looking for

Filters are organized as shown below:

• Filters - set 1
• Filters - set 2 (Scrolled down a bit)
• Filters - set 3 (Scrolled down a bit)
• Filters - set 4 (Scrolled down a bit)

Date

• Date filter is always visible because it will be used quite frequently
• Uses same date picker as on the dashboard
• Date Filter Applied
• Add another filter

Location

• Users can define a radial distance from a specific longitude and latitude point
• They can also move the map around
• Location filter applied
• Users can remove a filter by clicking the “X” next to it
• When filters take up the whole line, the filter button moves to the next line
• Add another filter

Boarding Officers

• Search Officers
• Select Officer
• Select Another Officer
• Apply Filters

Editing a Filter

• Edit Boarding Officers
• User clicks the chevron (down arrow) next to the “X,” and the filter opens up, where multiple selections can be removed or added
• User deselects officer
• User Applies Filter

Last Delivery Date No time selection this, because we don’t capture it in the form

EMS Type

• The items on the list are pulled from the form data
• ”Other” If a user searches for something that isn’t there, then the “Other” selection will show
• User Checks “Other” User can check “Other” and apply the filter, which will filter by ALL EMS types that were captured as “Other” in the form "Other" Filter Applied ALL EMS types that were captured as “Other” in the form will show
• User fills in "Other" Description This searches the fields for text that was captured in the “Other” field for EMS types captured as “Other”
• User Applies "Other" with Description

Catch Catch - All Catch Filters as One Filter

• The idea here is, since catch is captured in the form with all the other catch fields attached to, users may want to filter for, let’s say, Bluefin tuna catches with a weight of 40 lbs and a count of 30. This would be instead of having each of those filters be separate
• Users can then add another filter, lets say, Salmon catches that were over 60 kg with a count of over 50 Catch Checked, Weight Entered

Violations Violations - All Violation Filters as One Filter

• The idea here is, since violations are captured in the form with all the other violation fields attached to, users may want to filter for, let’s say, California 287 Lingcod violations with a citation as a result of violation, issued to Willy Wonka. This would be instead of having each of those filters be separate
• Users can then add another filter, lets say, California 897 Lobster violations with warnings as a result of violation, issued to Captain Crunch Violations Checked, Result of Violations Selected, Issued to Selected
