Example Individual violations are not clickable

So they shouldn't appear to be. The hand makes them appear to be. This should be noted throughout the entire site.

Go for it! Assigned to you. FWIW our guidance is to allow folks to work on an issue if nobody else is assigned, you don't have to wait for us to "approve" assigning you.
