Boarding Records don't have a place for Seizures #509

Describe the bug The Boarding Record page does not have a place for Seizures

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://o-fish-yzqrr.mongodbstitch.com/#/boardings/view/60dbb15d76ea4e70a9d4e4a9
  2. Note that the seizure, in the database as inspection.summary.seizure.text, does not display. The text in the database is "Net with small mesh size"
