Consolidate mode unlocks to campaign progress instead of websocket

had both websocket activated unlocks and player lvl based unlocks. Moved to only campaign progress unlocks as it's easiest for us/player to aim for
add cursed tower tutorial, endless tunnel

also there was a big content gap from 1-20 to 3-1, nothing new in there except unlocking cursed tower much later in world 2. The new unlocks are at:

1-12 daily dungeon 1-24 pensieve 2-1 tower 3-1 wishlist 3-20 resonating crystal

this should improve D1/D7 retention with less content gaps. DD is also very playable early on, more so than cursed tower
