No response from /gw when using ffxiah #384

Hello,

I'm trying to use the auction house interface and since 9/20 or so it hasn't been responding. I'll do a command, such as:

/gw ffxiah -s earth crystal

and nothing returns even after waiting for a full minute. Yet, other /gw commands, such as:

/gw who /gw -h

work without a problem. Please note: I tried several different:

1) Times over the last 2 days 2) Characters 3) POL Accounts 4) Windows 7 systems. I even rebooted these various Windows 7 systems.

I checked and the ffxiah website is up, but not the interface it seems with Guildwork. If this is not the best place to report this issue, where should I go? Thanks!

The Guildwork support forums would probably be better suited for this. Are you using 4.0 Windower or 4.1? Do you have a GW premium account? The ffxiah command only works with GW premium.

As for Windower, I let it update itself, plugins, etc automatically. From what I can tell I'm on 4.049......

As for a GW premium account, I've been one since 11/18/2012 and have an automatic subscription renewal. (The setting's page says: Premium active until 2013-11-19)

On the Guildwork page, click on Explore at the top, then select Support Forum.
