Stuff being missed by mass extractor #5

Some mob/npc lists are being missed. These same zones can be extracted manually in polutils, but during the mass extractors dumping not every zone gets dumped.

I intended to fix this and do a pull request but I simply haven't had time so I figure I better at least let you know of it.

Guy I was working with tells me zones 282 (Mount Kamihr) and 285 (Feretory) both had mass extractor fail to produce NPC lists. I remember there being more missing, from the zones that have ID's >255 but I can't check by doing a fresh dump right now.

All of the zones were there (except for Western Adoulin) but they were all shifted down by 1.
